摘    要:选用新冬19号,通过水培试验,研究在NaCl、Na2SO,和NaCl+Na2SO4盐分的10个浓度梯度下小麦三叶期生理功能。结果表明,随3种盐浓度的升高,丙二醛含量均有所增加。低浓度盐胁迫可以增加过氧化氢酶活力、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量,并在高浓度盐胁迫时出现明显的降低。不同盐、不同浓度对植物生理功能的影响不同,在盐浓度为0.2%~1.0%时,Na2SO4对植物生理功能的影响大于NaCI,盐浓度高于1.2%时,Na2SO4小于NaCl,而NaCl+Na2SO4的影响介于NaCl和Na2SO4之间。

Abstract:Xindong 19 was chosen to investigate the physiological function of wheat trefoil stage at ten CG of each different salinity, using NaCl,Na2SO4 and NaCl+Na2 SO4. The results indicated that the content of MDA will be increase when the concentration of three salt stress rises,low concentration of salt stress can increase activity of POD,content of chlorophyl and Pro,they step down evident in salt coerce of high concentration. Different salinity and concentration have different effect in plant physiologic function. When salt concentration was 0. 2%-1.0%, the influence of Na2SO4 on plant function were greater than NaCl. The salt concentration was higher than 1. 2%. Na2SO4 was smaller than NaCl,and the influence of NaCl+ Na2 SO4 was between NaCl and Na2 SO4.
