摘 要: | 通过对浸提水的温度、提取次数、料液比、提取时间的单因子试验和正交试验,了解这些因素对虫草素得率的影响。结果表明:影响虫草素浸提得率因素的主次顺序:提取次数〉料液比〉提取时间〉温度。虫草素浸提取的最适工艺参数为:40℃水浸提取4次,料液比1∶20,每次提取2h。

Abstract: | The factors of the temperature,extracting times,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,which influence the extraction yield of cordycepin were researched through a single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated: The important order of the factors that affect extracting rate of cordycepin were extracting times solid-liquid ratio extraction time temperature.The optimal extraction technology conditions were that the temperature was 40 ℃,the extraction times were 4 times,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 and the extraction time was 2h. |
