栎属和青冈属角质层表面结构的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:在扫描电镜下观察比较了栋属20种、3变种和青冈属11种叶片角质层内外表面的结构特征.结果表明,外表面特征变化不明显,但内表面特征差异显著,落叶栎类、高山栎类、青冈栎类都有各自较突出而稳定的特征.该文综合讨论了栎属、青冈属各方面研究的资料,作者认为:把栎属、青冈属归为一属是有一定依据的,建议分为三个亚属,即落叶栎亚属(Subg.Quercus)、青冈栎亚属(Subg.CyclobaIanopsiS)、高山栎亚属(Subg.Suber).

Abstract:A comparative investigation on the surface of cutie of Quercus and Cvclobal-anopsis was made for twenty-nine species and three varieties under SEM. All species exam-ined show that the two genera can not be distinguished by cuticuiar characters. There are nodistinct differences in the outward surface of cuticle. The differences in protrusions andsculpture of the internal cuticle surface in the two genera are remarkable,particularly the in-ternal-celluar flanges are rather distinct.There are three types that can be distinguished,(1)deciduos oaks type,(2)evergreen oaks type,(3)cycle oaks type,Based on the features men-tioned above ,it is natural to incorporate Cyclobalanopsis into one genera,and it is suggestedthat Quercus should be further divided into three subgenera:Subg.Cyclobanopsis,Subg.Quercus ,and Subg.Suber.
