摘    要:分子标记技术作为现代育种手段已广泛应用于桉树育种,常用的标记包括RAPD、ISSR、EST等.我国桉树分子育种在绘制指纹图谱、构建连锁图谱、数量性状定位等方面取得了丰厚的成果,展望了分子标记技术在提高桉树育种效率、缩短桉树育种周期方面的应用前景.

Abstract:As modern breeding technique, molecular marker technology had been widely used in Euca- lyptus breeding, commonly including RAPD, ISSR, EST, etc. The achievements in molecular breeding of Eucalyptus in china were great in aspects of drawing fingerprint, constructing linkage map and QTL, etc. The applying foreground of molecular marker technology for improving the breeding efficiency and shortening the breeding cycle in genetic breeding of Eucalyptus was prospected.
