| 摘 要： | 湖南地处中亚热带，光，热，水，土资源丰富，林木生长迅速，是我国南方重点产材区之一。本文从分析湖南用材林基地建设的现状与问题入手，提出了在分类经营条件下，今后一个时期用材林基地建设的布局，发展重点以及技术，经济政策等方面的持续经营策略。

| Abstract: | Hunan province is in the middle subtropical zone,rich in light,heat,water and soil resources,and is an the important timber area in south of China.The present situation and problems in the building of timber base was analyzed.The arrangement of buiding the policy in techology and economy were pointed out as sustainable management tactics by classified management in the paper. |
