正交试验优选麻叶千里光中硒元素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的]利用正交试验法对麻叶千里光中硒元素提取工艺进行分析研究。方法]采用回流提取法、索氏提取法和微波-超声波协同提取法进行提取;利用石墨炉原子吸收法对麻叶千里光提取液中微量元素硒含量进行测定分析。结果]采用微波-超声波提取法测得的硒含量最高,为22.03μg/g,提取最佳条件为250W、240s,料液比为1:20;索氏提取法提取测得硒含量为21.80μg/g,提取最佳条件为80℃、6h,料液比为1:45;回流提取法测得硒含量为21.65μg/g,提取最佳条件为90℃、3h,料液比为1:25。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.29%~0.38%,加标回收率为98.25%~101.30%。结论]微波一超声波协同提取法测麻叶千里光中硒含量优于回流提取法和索氏提取法。

Abstract:Objective] Extraction Technology of Se in Senecio cannabifolius Less by orthogonal experimental optimization method was analyzed and studied.Method] The reflux extraction method,the soxhlet extraction method and the microwave-ultrasonic co-extraction method were used for extraction;Se content in extraction liquid of Senecio cannabifolius Less were determined and analyzed by atomic absorption method.Resuls] The highest Se content was 22.03 μg/g,optimum condition was 250 W,240 S,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 by the microwave-ultrasonic co-extraction method;The Se content was 21.80 μg/g,the optimum condition of 80 ℃,6 h,Solid-liquid ratio was 1∶45 by soxhlet extraction method;the Se content was 21.65 μg/g,the optimum condition of 90 ℃,3 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25.The relative standard deviation of determined result was 0.29%-0.38%.The recovery rate of adding mark was 98.25%-101.3%.Conclusion] The Se content in Senecio cannabifolius Less determined by the microwave-ultrasonic co-extraction method was better than the reflux and soxhlet extraction method
