摘    要:对1年生毛泡桐实生苗顶芽进行了解剖学观察.结果表明,随着气候由秋季向冬季过渡,毛泡桐顶芽体积明显缩小,顶端分生组织细胞密度显著增大,细胞壁向内皱缩.这些变化说明,随着气温的变化,毛泡桐顶芽遭受到环境胁迫,其细胞活性逐渐降低,最终导致顶芽死亡.

Abstract:The results of structural botanical experiment of top buds of P.tomentosa seedlings showed: with the change of the climate from fall to winter,the volume of the top buds of P.tomentosa decreased notably,while the density of the apical meristem cells increased significantly and the cell wall contracted inward.These changes indicated that,with the transformation of the climate from fall to winter,the vitality of the top buds of P.tomentosa descended gradually because of the environment stress,which lead to the death of the top buds ultimately.
