大豆胚芽中异黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了乙醇-水体系提取大豆胚芽(胚轴)中大豆异黄酮的工艺条件,通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试 验,得出的最佳提取条件为以80%的乙醇为提取剂,固液比1:20,在60C温度下连续浸提2次,每次2 h。在此 提取条件下,大豆胚芽中大豆异黄酮的得率为1.403%。

Abstract:A process for extracting isoflavones by alcohol-water system from soybean germ was studied in this paper. And through single factor extraction tests and L9 (34)orthogonal experiments found the optimum extracting conditions of this system:solvent 80% ethanol, sample and extractant ratio 1 : 20, temperature 60 C, number of extraction 2, time 2 h. Under this condition, the obtainment rate of isoflavones from soybean germs is 1. 403%.
