新城疫V4株免疫和攻毒鸡外分泌物中病毒抗原的检测

利用间接夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ对新城疫Ｖ４免疫鸡、免疫攻毒鸡和对照攻毒鸡口腔和泄殖腔内的病毒抗原进行了检测。

Detection of Viral Antigen in the Vitro Secretion of NDV_4 Immunized and Challenged Chicken

The viral antigen fron the oral carity and cloaca of chickenwith NDV4 Vaccination or F48E8 challenge was detected by indirectedsandwich ELISA. The results indicated that the position rate of viralantigen from the aral cavity was 4/10,but that of from the cloaca waslower at second day post-vaccination.The viral antigen from the oralcarity and the cloaca of contral challenged chicken could be detectedat the first bay , up to dead at the sixth-eighth days post - challenge.While the immunized chicken was challenged.the protective efficacy was100%.The position rale of viral antigen from the oral cavity or cloacawas 8/10 and 6/10,respectively,but the viral antigen from the cloacawas quickly climinated at only the thirteenth post-challenge. The higherposition rate (7/10)of viral antigen from the oral carity might beralate to wadesprcad NDV4 virion in the immunized chicken.
