| Abstract: | We choosed the eight common intestinal nematodes in cattle and sheepin south Fujian.Invitro,the eggs embryonate and hatch into the 1st-stagelarvae (LI) which following two successive moults, reach the 3rd-stage larvae.After observing and comparing then development in vitro,we made a key of 3rd-stage larvae,according to the number of intestinal cell,the length oftail/the width of tail and the length of tail sheath. We demonstrated that the3rd-stage larvae could be used to separate the eight nematodes. |
