摘    要:用程氏指数法从稃毛、酚反应、第1穗节与第2穗节间的长度、抽穗时壳色、叶毛和粒形6方面对90份水稻材料的籼粳属性进行分析。以冈46为对照,将供试材料分为籼、偏籼、粳、偏粳4类。用分布于12条水稻染色体上的30对SSR引物对90份水稻材料进行遗传多样性分析,结果共检测出101个等位位点,平均每个引物检测到3.37个等位基因,其中籼稻特异位点17个,占16.04%,粳稻特异位点11个,占10.37%,说明籼稻的遗传多样性大于粳稻。聚类结果表明,SSR标记能较好地将粳稻与籼稻分类。
