氮硫肥配施对菜心产量及品质的效应研究

在氮、硫供应水平均较低的酸性沙壤土上进行田间试验。结果表明 ,氮硫肥配施明显增加菜心茎粗、单茎重 ,提高菜心产量 ,对改善菜心产品品质也有一定效果。增施氮肥 ,可使菜心茎粗增加 0 .60mm～ 0 .73mm ,单茎重增加 1.0 5 g～ 1.3 4g ,增产 7.0 5 %～ 14 .0 8% ,可溶糖含量增加 2 0 .70 %～ 2 8.2 8% ,但同时导致Vc含量下降 4.82 %～ 13 .94% ,硝酸盐含量提高 15 .86%～ 2 1.85 %。补充硫肥 ,使菜心茎粗增加 0 .2 7mm ,单茎重增加 0 .5 1g ,增产 7.12 % ,维生素C含量提高9 15 % ,可溶糖含量提高 8.3 6%。

Effects of N and S Fertilizer Combination on Yield and Quality of Flowering Chinese Cabbage

The effects of N and S fertilizer combination on the yield and quality of flowering Chinese cabbage (FCC) was studied through a series of field trials. Results showed that N and S fertilizer combination significantly enlarged stem diameter, increased stem weight and yield, and improved the quality of FCC product. In comparison with the low N rate of 105kgha -1 , higher N rates from 150kgha -1 to 195kgha -1 , enlarged stem diameter by 0.60mm to 0 73mm, increased stem weight by 1.05g to 1.34g, increased the yield of commercial FCC products by 7 05% to 14 08%, and increased soluble sugar content of the product by 20.7% to 28.28%, but decreased the vitamin C content by 4.82% to 14.94%, and heightened nitrate content by 15.86% to 21.85%. Application of S at the rate of 45kgha -1 , enlarged stem diameter by 0.27mm, increased stem weight by 0.51g, and the commercial yield by 7 12%, and heightened vitamin C and soluble sugar contents by 9.15% and 8.36% respectively.
