烤烟烟碱含量与评吸质量的关系

摘    要:以湖南烟区烤烟样本为材料,采用烟碱含量分组和回归分析方法,研究了烤烟烟碱含量与评吸质量评价指标间的量化关系。结果表明:烟碱含量与香气量、杂气、浓度、刺激性和余味分值呈直线关系,与香气质、劲头、灰色、香味、吃味分值和评吸总分呈二次或三次曲线关系;随着烟碱含量增加,香气量和浓度增加,杂气和刺激性增大,余味变差;当烟碱含量在3.2%、2.8%、1.8%、3.5%、2.5%、3.0%时,分别对应的香气质、劲头、灰色、香味、吃味分值和评吸总分达到最高值。

Abstract:A total of 756 flue-cured tobacco samples with 3 grades(B2F,C3F and X2F) selected from the main tobacco-growing areas in Hunan province were used for studying correlation between nicotine content and evaluating index of smoking quality.The results showed that the nicotine content had a linear correlation with evaluation scores of aroma quantity,offensive odor,concentration,irritation and aftertaste,and 2 or 3 powers curvilinear correlation with evaluation scores of aroma quality,strength,ash color,flavor,ta...
