阴离子分散松香的制备及稳定性研究

摘    要:合成壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂,用其做乳化剂,使松香(广东韶关,酸值为164.1 mgKOH.g-1)形成阴离子分散松香乳状液。该阴离子分散松香乳状液在5℃~50℃的温度范围内能基本保持稳定。在1 500转.min-1和3 000转.min-1的高速离心机中,也能保持稳定。

Abstract:As an anionic surfaetant, sodium nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether hemisuccinate sulfonate was synthesized. Using it as a emulsifier, the rosin ( produced in Shaoguan of Guangdong Province, with acid value of 164. 1 mgKOH · g^-1 ) was made to form an anion-dispers rosin emulsion. The anion-dispers rosin emulsion can basically remain to be stable in 5℃ -50℃ temperature range. In the high speed centrifuge with centrifugal speed of 1 500 r/min and 3 000 r/min, the anion-dispers rosin emulsion can also remain to be stable.
