新农村建设中促进农民增收机制研究——以江苏省江都市渌洋湖村为例

以江苏省江都市渌洋湖村农民增收模式为例,探索实现农民增收机制,主要内容:建立农民合作经济组织,形成自我保护机制;调整农业产业结构,发展"三化"并举、"三品"联创的现代高效农业,建立、提高农业综合效益的产业机制;调整农村经济结构,加快发展非农产业,建立促进农民持续增收的长效机制。

Study on the Mechanism of Increasing Peasant Income in New Rural Construction

Setting Lvyanghu village of Jiangdu city in Jiangsu province as an example,the mechanism of increasing peasant income was explored.The content was as follows: establishment of farmer cooperative economy organization,formation of self-protection mechanism,adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,development of modern and high efficient agriculture paying euqal attention to "Sanhua" of associated creation of "Sanpin",establishment of industrial mechanism of enhancing agricultural comprehensive benefit,adjustment of rural economic structure,accelerated development of non-agricultural industry and establishment of long-acting mechanism of increasing peasant income continuously.
