摘    要:为探求有利于烤烟生长发育及产质量形成的氮肥形态,采用田间小区试验,研究了不同氮素形态配比对烤烟氮肥利用率及烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,与不施氮肥的对照相比,硝态氮和铵态氮肥都有利于烟叶产量的形成;在施肥的各处理之间烟株生物量及氮肥利用率最高的为硝铵比1∶1的处理;而烟叶中氮、烟碱和蛋白质的含量最高的为铵态氮处理;总糖、还原糖则是硝态氮处理效果最好。综合考虑各处理烟叶化学指标可知,按硝铵比1∶1的比例施用氮肥对烟叶产质量最好。

Effect of N Forms and Proportion on N Utilization Rate and Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco

Abstract:In order to explore the appropriate N forms for flue-cured tobacco' s growth, development and quality, the field experiments were conducted to study effect of different N forms and proportion on N utilization rate and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that nitrate N or ammonium N could increase tobacco' s yield compared with no N treatment. Among different treatments, the treatment of nitrate/ammonium of 1:1 had the highest tobacco biomass and N utilization. But the treatment of ammonium N had the highest content of N,nicotine and protein, while the treatment of nitrate N had the highest total sugar and reducing sugar. Taking the chemical index into consideration, the treatment of nitrate/ammonium of 1:1 was the best to yield and quality of tobacco.
