土壤干旱胁迫对野生樱桃李叶片渗透调节物质的影响

摘    要:以栽培李品种寺田实生和3个不同单株的野生樱桃李(1,2,3)植株为材料,通过田间土壤自然干旱试验,研究了干旱胁迫对4个不同单株叶片渗透调节物质的影响,并探讨了这些生理指标与其抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,寺田实生和3个不同单株野生樱桃李叶片的脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量和质膜相对透性都在增加,可溶性蛋白含量不断减少;但野生樱桃李不同单株间变化幅度存在差异,其中野生樱桃李2在干旱胁迫第17天,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量最高,蛋白质和质膜相对透性最稳定,抗旱性最强,而野生樱桃李1和3次之,野生樱桃李的抗旱性依次为野生樱桃李2〉野生樱桃李1〉野生樱桃李3。栽培李寺田实生抗旱性较野生樱桃李弱。

Abstract:The objective of this article was to study the effect of soil drought stress on osmotic adjustment substance of Prunus divaricataleaves based on Terata and three different Prunus divaricata (1,2,3). Terata and three different Prunus divaricata seedlings were studied to determine the relationship between the physiological indices and drought resistance. The results showed that with the aggravation of drought stress, the relative permeability of proline content, soluble sugar content and plasma membrane of three different Prunus divaricata were increasing, soluble protein content was decreasing; but there were differences of change between different single plant. On 17th days of drought stress, proline and soluble sugar content of Prunus divaricata 2 were the highest,and relative plasma membrane permeability and protein were the most stable, so Prunus divaricata 2 had most drought resistance. Prunus divaricata 1 and Prunus divaricata 3 were second. So the proper order of the drought resistance was as follows. Prunus divaricata 2〉Prunus divaricata 1〉Prunus divaricata 3. The drought resistance of Terata was weaker than that of Prunus divaricata.
