| 摘 要： | 采用 PV、XW、ST等辅料制备环丙沙星速溶片。以崩解时间为指标 ,用正交试验L8( 2 7)对制备工艺及处方进行筛选与优化 ;确定最佳工艺与处方。结果显示 :辅料用法、辅料粒度和药粉粒度对速溶片崩解时间有显著性影响。利用紫外扫描仪在 2 76nm波长下绘制环丙沙星标准曲线。回归方程为 A=8.5 67× 1 0 - 2·C+ 5 .71 4× 1 0 - 3,r=0 .9995。环丙沙星平均回收率为 99.0 9% ,RSD=1 .0 63%。对片剂进行质量检查 ,结果速溶片剂在 3min之内迅速崩解。含量均匀度符合中国兽药典含量均匀度要求。 |

| Abstract: | Fast dissolving tablets of Ciprofloxacin was prepared with adjuvant of PV, XW, ST. In order to determine the best preparation procedure and formulation, an orthogonal experiment design L8(7) was applied with the index of disintegrated time. The results showed that the way of adjuvant use, the fineness of adjuvant and medicine powder had significant influence on disintegrated time of Ciprofloxacin tablets. The tablets from our preparation procedure could be disintegrated in 3 minutes and the content evenness of our product was according with the standard of Veterinary Pharmacopoeia |
