胆木叶总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘    要:利用L9(34)正交试验法研究了胆木叶中总黄酮的提取工艺条件及其含量测定。结果表明:对胆木叶中总黄酮的提取效果影响最大的因素是提取温度,其次是乙醇浓度和提取时间,影响最小的是料液比。总黄酮的提取工艺条件为提取温度为75℃,提取时间为4.0h,提取溶剂为85%的乙醇,料液比为1:16,胆木叶粗提物中总黄酮的含量为2.443%。

Abstract:L9 (34)orthogonal test method is used to study extraction conditions of.total flavonoids in leaves of Nauclea officinalis Pierrc ex Pitard and its content determination. The results indicated that the most important factors of influencing extraction effect were temperature, ethanol concentration and time in turn, solid-liquid ratio had the smallest influence. The best extraction condition of total flavonoids is as follows: temperature of 75 ℃, time of 4.0 h, alcohol volume fraction of 85%, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1 : 16, and the total flavonoids content is 2.443% in leaf crude extracts of Naudea officinalis Pierrc ex Pitard.
