摘    要:嫁接是蔬菜中常见的作物繁殖技术。在解决设施生产中的连作障碍、盐害、土传病害等起重要作用,并对产量和风味都有影响。本实验通过番茄作为接穗,对砧木枸杞进行嫁接,对比各嫁接方式(劈接、靠接和贴接)差异并研究其对番茄果实的生理特性及风味品质的影响。结果显示用贴接成活率最高,达到75%。同时,嫁接苗结出的果实在外形和口感方面与实生苗有显著差异。

The Effects of Lycium Chinese Fruit Grafting Stocks on the Growth and Quality of Tomato
Abstract:Vegetable grafting is a common method used in agricultural production. It plays an important role in solving the problems of continuous cropping obstacles, salt stress, soil borne diseases. In this experiment, Lycium barbarum was used as rootstock to graft tomato, and the effects of cleft grafting, approach grafting and bud grafting on the growth and quality of tomato were studied. The results showed that the survival rate of bud grafting was 75%. The appearance and taste of the grafted seedlings were different from those of the seedlings.
