兰花楹轻基质网袋容器苗基质选择试验

[目的]探讨适合兰花楹培育苗木的轻基质配方,为生产提供技术参考。[方法]以松皮、锯末、炭化锯末3种基质设置9种配方,采用随机区组设计,开展兰花楹网袋容器育苗试验,对不同轻基质配方的苗高、地径和侧根及生物量等指标进行苗木综合评定。[结果]不同配方之间的苗高、地径、侧根和生物量等均达到显著差异;配方A（沤制松皮75%＋沤制锯末25%）、D（沤制松皮75%＋炭化锯末25%）、E（沤制松皮50%＋炭化锯末50%）、G（沤制松皮70%＋沤制锯末20%＋炭化锯末10%）的育苗效果排列前4位,其中配方E（沤制松皮50%＋炭化锯末50%）的最好,育苗效果最差的为配方C（沤制松皮25%＋沤制锯末75%）和配方Ⅰ（沤制松皮20%＋沤制锯末50%＋炭化锯末30%）。[结论]配方E（沤制松皮50%＋炭化锯末50%）最适宜培育兰花楹苗木。

Substrate Selection Test for Jacaranda acutifolia Lightweight Medium Net Container Seedling
