破除菜豆种子硬实方法初探

摘    要:研究运用热水浸种和机械破损种皮等物理方法,初步探索了菜豆种子硬实形成的原因和打破硬实的方法。试验结果表明:种子硬实现象与种子体积、种子百粒重(重量)成低度负相关。应用划破种皮方法可以使菜豆8天后发芽率由33%上升到97%;80℃热水浸种2 min和5 min方法处理种子,8天后发芽率由33%分别提高到98%和91%。上述3种方法均可以打破菜豆硬实现象,使菜豆种子的发芽率达到或超过标准,说明菜豆硬实种子的形成机理主要与种皮致密透水性差有关。在生产实践中从操作简便和成本的角度考虑,使用80℃热水浸种2 min处理种子打破硬实是最佳选择。

Abstract:In this study,using several physical methods such as hot water soaking and mechanical damage seed coat,preliminary exploration were preformed to the reasons for the formation in snap bean hard seeds and the methods of break it.The results showed that hard seed phenomenon and seed volume,seed hundred grain weights(weight) of low negative correlation.After 8 days that cut the seeds coat to be possible to cause the germination percentage from 33% to rise to 97%.The seeds were soaked about 2 min and 5 min by 80℃ hot water,after 8 days the germination percentage from 33% enhances separately to 98% and 91%.The above three methods may improve the germination rate,causes snap bean seed the germination percentage to achieve or to surpass the standard.This study explained the snap bean hard seeds the formation mechanism mainly concerns with the seed coat compact water-permeable difference.The 80℃ hot water for 2 min treatment was the best choice since operation simple and the cost were considered in the practice.
