内毒素血症对肉鸡自由基代谢和肝肾功能的影响及其氨基胍的治疗作用

摘    要:为探索肉鸡内毒素血症时体内自由基变化及内毒素对肝肾功能的影响并评价氨基胍的治疗作用,将90只肉鸡,随机分成三组:内毒素处理组(LPS组),氨基胍治疗组和生理盐水对照组,每组30只。在试验后1、3、5、7、9 h每组各宰杀6只提取肝组织并采血,检测血清和肝组织中的NO浓度、NOS活性以及反映肝肾功能的血液生化指标。结果显示:肉鸡内毒素血症时NO和NOS均有升高,机体合成蛋白质和胆固醇的能力下降,肝肾解毒排毒能力下降,应用氨基胍治疗组有显著改善。肉鸡内毒素血症时自由基活性增强、肝肾功能受损、氨基胍能明显降低自由基对机体的损伤。

Abstract:This study aims to research the metabolism of free radical and the influences to liver and renal function of boilers with endotoxemia. Besides the therapeutic effect of aminoguanidine on boilers with endotoxemia were evaluated. 90 boilers were randomly divided into tree groups with 30 in each group. Group Ⅰ was the normal control. Group Ⅱand Ⅲ were intravenously injected with lipopolysaccharides and Group Ⅲ was intravenously injected with aminoguanidine at 1 h before endotoxin injection. The NO concentration and NOS activity in serum and live as well as blood biochemical index were examined together at 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th h post-injection, respectively. Results revealed that the NO concentration and NOS activity rose in both surum and liver, the effect of detoxication and elmination of toxicant of liver and kidney were all decreased in broilers suffer from endotoxemia disease while the activities of synthesis protein and cholesterol were abated too. The effect of aminoguanidine group was better obviously. The experimental results showed that free radical activity was increased and liver and kidney function were injured during endotoxemia in broilers. Aminoguanidine could significantly reduce the harm of free radicals.
