摘    要:文章详细叙述了与植物香气物质合成有关的3类主要合成代谢途径,并分别归纳苯丙烷代谢途径、异戊二烯代谢途径和生物碱合成途径中催化主要中间产物形成的关键酶基因功能与表达模式,重点阐述关键酶基因在烟草中的最新研究进展,提出目前除了在基因水平上进行表达水平调控、转基因作物改良之外,烟草中亟待进行更为深入的蛋白水平研究和代谢网络互作分析。通过上述分析,对下一步利用代谢工程改良烟草香气品质及其在农业生产领域的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:This article specified three main kinds of regulating pathway related with plant aroma compounds synthesis, concluded the function and expression types of key enzyme genes in catalyzing major intermediate products which belong to phenyl propane metabolic pathways, isoprene metabolic pathways and alkaloid synthesis pathway respectively, and highlighted the latest developments of these key enzyme genes in tobacco, Accordingly this article raised that more in-depth research in protein as well as the metabolic network interaction analysis is urgently needed, in addition to the expression regulation and genetically modified crop improvement at the genetic level. From above analysis, next improvement of tobacco fragrance quality through metabolic engineering and its application prospect in agricultural production areas were prospected.
