城市边缘区村镇建设用地节约集约利用评价研究

面向村镇建设用地节约集约利用的需求,结合景观生态学理论,引入空间聚集度指数,构建了城市边缘区村镇建设用地节约集约利用评价指标体系；采用专家打分法确定各指标权重,运用综合指数法对各评价单元进行建设用地节约集约利用综合评价。通过对北京市房山区各乡镇2006年建设用地的相关数据进行分析,得到2006年房山区各乡镇的建设用地节约集约利用水平。由此为研究区的土地利用规划和经济发展提供了建议。

Evaluation of Construction Land Saving and Intensive Utilization in Villages and Towns at Urban Fringe Area

Facing the requirements for construction land saving and intensive utilization in villages and towns, this paper combines the landscape ecology theory with spatial concentration index, constructs the index system to evaluate  construction land saving and intensive utilization in villages and towns at urban fringe area, uses expert scoring method to determine the weight of each index, and then calculates the comprehensive score of land intensive utilization through weighted modes. The data of the construction land utilization in Fangshan District in 2006 was studied by means of comprehensive analysis. The intensive utilization levels of various villages and towns in Fangshan District in 2006 were gained. Some suggestions are put forward  about land utilization plan and economic development for the studied region.
