摘    要:秸秆含水率是影响压块成型的重要因素之一.为了提高秸秆压块产品的生产率,降低压块机的功率,本试验以玉米秸秆为试验物料,选取5个水平含水率,在9YK-0.4D秸秆压块机进行试验.采用CLHGM-1型应变式压力传感器测取压块机工作时压辊把物料从环模孔压出时的最大挤出力,在电机上安装E6B2-CWZ3E型号的增量型编码器,通过变频器获取压块机消耗的功率.试验结果表明,物料含水率为29%时压块机消耗的功率较小,草块成型较好且密度较高.
