咪唑啉类季胺盐缓蚀剂的合成及性能评价

摘    要:为了缓解塔里木油田腐蚀问题,本文通过有机合成的方法,用A酸和二乙烯三胺或三乙烯四胺及氯化苄合成得到咪唑啉类季铵盐缓蚀剂,通过观察表面形貌和静态失重法评价其缓蚀效果,结果表明,A酸:三乙烯四胺:氯化苄的比例为1.15:1.0:2.5;Y酸:三乙烯四胺:氯化苄的摩尔比为1.15:1.1:3.0。所形成的咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀效率大于90%,符合油田标准。

Abstract:Recently,corrosion accidents such as pipes metamorphosis and damaging were happened frequently with the development of tarim oil field and affect seriously the production.In order to decrease the corrosion in oil field,new imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with acid A,diethylenetriamine,triethylenetetramine,benzyl chloride by synthesis method and the inhibition performance of the corrosion inhibitor was evaluated by the surface morphology and static weight loss method....
