对温室盆花栽培基质中青苔的研究

摘    要:以温室花卉蝴蝶兰的生长基质水苔及其上生长的青苔为材料,对青苔形态结构、来源、影响因素及防治进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)构成温室花卉蝴蝶兰栽培基质中青苔的主要成分是蓝藻门的颤藻和绿藻门的衣藻。(2)蝴蝶兰栽培基质水苔和水均是青苔的来源,并且水苔是青苔的主要来源。(3)对长满青苔的水苔进行遮光处理,青苔叶绿素含量随遮光时间的延长而逐渐减少。从处理开始至第5天青苔含量下降速度最快,随后至第30天青苔含量下降呈现慢-快-慢的趋势。(4)青苔生长受到pH值的影响,其在2.0~10.0范围均可生长。青苔叶绿素含量最高的pH值为3.0,其次为8.0。pH=2.0叶绿素含量最低。(5) 不同浓度的高锰酸钾对青苔生长都有抑制作用。0.2mg/L高锰酸钾溶液对青苔生长抑制效果最低,但叶绿素含量仍低于对照;1.0mg/L高锰酸钾溶液对青苔生长的抑制效果最佳

Abstract:The form and structure, the resource, the affect factor and the eliminator of the moss were studied with Sphagnum which was the culture aggregate of butterfly orchid in greenhouse. The results were showed as follows: (1) The main compositions of the moss were Oscillatoria of the Cyanophyta and Chlamydomonas of the Rhodophyta. (2) Both the culture aggregate-Sphagnum and water were the resource of the moss, and the former was the main. (3) Sphagnum that was covered with moss was treated with shading. Contend of Chlorophyll of the moss reduced gradually as the time lasted. In the first 5 days, reducing speed of contend of Chlorophyll was the fastest. From the 6th day to the 30th day, the reducing speed was slow-quick-slow. (4) The growth of moss was affected by pH. The moss could grow between pH 2.0 and pH 10.0. The chlorophyll content was the highest at pH 3.0, the second was at pH 8.0. It was the lowest at pH 2.0. (5) The moss was restrained with different concentration of KMnO4. The chlorophyll content was the lowest at treatment of 0.2mg/L, but it was still lower than the CK. The inhibition effect was the best at 0.1mg/L.
