小型中纤板厂的技术改造措施

本文对我国小型中纤板企业技术改造的迫切性和必要性进行了分析．并提出了相关的技术改造措施。实践表明：适当的技术改造可大幅度增加产量，改善产品质量，增加产品品种；技改投资少、见效快，是企业发展的必由之路。

Technical and Innovative Measures for Mini-scale MDF Manufacturers in China

Small-scale MDF manufactures with annual output of less than 30 thousand m3 have accounted for 77% of the total MDF manufacturers in China with many of the production lines having been in operation for many years. Many of these lines are now running at low productivity with high raw material costs and high energy consumption coupled with ageing equipment and buildings. Based on the economic condition of these manufacturing companies, the authors explained the necessity of technical improvements in these small companies and provided suggestions about the key technical measures that should be made. Experience has shown that modernizing equipment and technologies is an efficient and effective way for these manufacturers to gain further development.
