"次郎"甜柿果实套袋效应研究

摘    要:利用单、双层纸袋对“次郎”甜柿的果实进行套袋试验研究,结果表明:套袋果实单果重略有下降,果形不受影响;可溶性固形物(SSC)、可溶性总糖、可滴定酸、Vc含量均低于未套袋果。套袋果实中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量降低,花青素含量增加,且叶绿素降解快,比未套袋果实转色早,成熟时果粉增多,颜色更为鲜艳;此外,套袋果实成熟时可溶性单宁含量增加,但是仍能完全脱涩。套袋使果实裂顶、黑斑及虫、鸟害减少,商品果率提高;套袋后果实硬度增加,并且在贮藏期间,果实硬度下降和果胶降解减慢,耐贮性增强。以上作用效应均以双层袋较单层袋明显。

Abstract:The effects of monolayer and double-layer paper bagging on'Jiro'were studied,the results showed that the fruit weight and SSC(soluble solids content),soluble sugar,titratable acid,vitamin C,chlorophyll content of 'Jiro'persimmon fruit were lower than that of free fruit.There were some advantages in the'Jiro'fruit with paper bag,for example,the appearance and color of fruit were more beautiful.Additionally,soluble tannin content in 'Jiro'persimmon fruit was a little higher than that of free fruit.The rate of available fruits was increased,split,black spot on the fruit appearance and the endanger of insect,birds of fruit all were decreased;Firmness of fruit and time of storing were increased.The effects of the double-layer paper bagging on the 'Jiro'fruit were more evident than that of monolayer paper bag.
