浅谈奶牛结核病检疫净化中存在问题

北京市密云县自2003-2007年,用结核分枝杆菌PPD进行皮内变态反应试验共监测出结核阳性奶牛544头,阳性率1.3%,并对74头结核可疑奶牛进行跟踪调查,其中有25头奶牛淘汰,有49头奶牛,经过复检后有5头检测为阳性,阳性率为10.2%,有44头检测为阴性。因此,做好奶牛的检疫净化工作,扑杀结核阳性牛,净化畜群,着重做好结核疑似奶牛的复检和隔离以及新引进奶牛的检疫、隔离以及消毒工作,是切断传染源防控结核病的重要手段。
