摘    要:依据国家标准方法和测量不确定度评定与表示的理论,评定了微生物电极法测定地表水中生化需氧量(BOD)的测量不确定度.测得水样中BOD含量为6.7 mg/L,扩展不确定度U95=L7 mg/L(k=2).该法合成标准不确定度主要来自仪器分析的重复性.

Abstract:According to national standard method,the uncertainty of measuring bio-chemical oxygen demand(BOD) in surface water by microbial electrode sensor was evaluated based on the theory of evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.6.7 mg/L of BOD was determined in the water,and 1.7 mg/L of the expanded uncertainty,U95(k=2) was obtained in the method.The result indicated that the combined standard uncertainty mainly derived from the reproducibility of instrumental analyzing.
