甘蔗正反交对光合特性及主要产质量性状的差异研究

摘    要:以新台糖22号、新台糖16号、桂糖11号、桂糖28号、粤糖91-976、粤糖00-236,ROC11,CP85-1491为亲本,选配了8对16个正反交组合,以其F1代实生苗材料进行了一年新植和一年宿根试验,对8对正反交组合之间光合特性和主要产质量性状的差异进行了研究,结果表明:在新植阶段有5对正反交组合在净光合速率、株高或茎径性状方面表现出显著差异,在宿根时仅有3对正反交组合在株高、茎径或锤度性状方面表现出显著差异,多数正反交组合在新植和宿根的主要性状方面差异不显著;以ROC 16为母本选配的组合ROC 16×GT11在新植和宿根的多数性状r其正交组合高于其作父本的反交组合,以ROC22为母本选配的5个组合在新植时其正交组合的多数性状值高于其作父本的反交组合的性状值,宿根蔗时则表现相反.
