菊花外植体分化诱导及植株再生研究初报

摘    要:菊花是中国十大传统名花和世界四大切花之一,具有观赏、食用、药用等多种价值。笔者就菊花的再生途径、外植体选择、激素种类及配比进行了较为详尽的归纳和分析。结果表明,绝大多数研究者选择叶片或茎段作为外植体直接再生不定芽;常用激素浓度范围为:6-BA:0.5~3mg/L、NAA:0.1~1mg/L、2,4-D:0.5~1mg/L。最后,对目前存在的问题及今后的发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract:Dendranthema morifolium is one of ten traditional and famous flowers in our country and four cut flowers in the world, and has ornamental, edible and medicinal values. Regenerated approachs, explant selection, hormone types and its proportions of Dendranthema morifolium were concluded and analyzed more exhaustively in the paper. The results showed: for most researchers, leaves and stems as the explant were selected and regenerated straightly to adventitious shoots, and the ranges of concentration of 6-BA, NAA, 2,4-D were 0.5~3mg/L, 0.1~1mg/L, 0.5~1mg/L respectively. The existent presently problems and developmental orientations in the future were also discussed in the paper.
