柴油机防爆系统气体流动特性

摘    要:建立了防爆栅栏的流体动力学模型,利用CFD软件对防爆栅栏的内部流场进行了计算分析,并进行了发动机台架实验验证。结果表明,防爆栅栏两端的方管长度对其性能有着重要影响,加长防爆栅栏进出口端的方管,可以减小气体流动的局部损失,增加气流的稳定性,改善进、排气性能,提高发动机的动力性和经济性。

Abstract:The explosion-proof barrier can improve the capacity of engine. The hydrokinetics model of explosion-proof barrier was established. The characteristic of airflow in explosion-proof barrier was calculated by using CFD, which was proved by the experiment of engine. It showed that the performance of explosion-proof barrier related to square pipe length. Airflow would be steady with the square pipe length increasing, and the characteristics of intake and outlet and dynamics and fuel economy of engine would be improved.
