| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了五种化学药剂对莱豆幼苗耐冻力的影响。喷施15%的乙二醇,可使菜豆幼苗叶片相对含水量降低3.9%,可溶性糖增加16.17%,淀粉含量下降8.97%,低温半致死温度降低0.6℃;用PEG饲喂莱豆幼苗,可使叶片的低温半致死温度降低0.4℃;其它化学药剂G+G_2+G_3和乙烯利对莱豆幼苗耐冻力也有一定正效应;但8501具有耐冻负效应。

| Abstract: | The effects of five chemicals on cold endurance of kidneybean plantswere studied. After spraying on leaves with 15% ethylene glycol, relativewater content and starch decreased by 3.9% and 8.97%, respectively; and soluble sugar increased by 16.17%; critical injury temperature (CIT) decre-ased by 0.6℃.Spraying PEG made CIT of plants go down by 0.4℃,G_1+G_2+G_3 and ethephon had positive effects on cold endurance of the plants, but8501 had reverse one. |
