摘    要:目的了解诊断超声照射对体外培养的人胚肾(HEK-293)细胞凋亡的影响。方法 HEK-293细胞用腹部超声探头(3.5 MHz、MI 0.8)照射0、10、20、30 min,再作Hoechst 33258染色,观察细胞凋亡的变化。结果超声照射10 min后,细胞凋亡率与假照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);超声照射20 min后,细胞凋亡率明显高于假照组(P〈0.05),其中以照射30 min较为显著(P〈0.01)。结论特定剂量的超声照射可诱导人胚肾细胞凋亡增加。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of diagnostic ultrasound exposure on the apoptosis of human embryonic kidney(HEK-293) cells.Methods HEK-293 cells were exposure to abdominal ultrasound probe for 0,10,20 and 30 min,and their apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining.Results Compared with control group,apoptotic rate of HEK-293 cells increased significantly after 20-min exposure(P〈0.05),especially after 30-min exposure(P〈0.01).However,there was no statistical difference in apoptotic rate between 10-min exposure group and control group(P〉0.05).Conclusion The dose of dia-gnostic ultrasound exposure can induce the apoptosis of HEK-293 cells.
