应用型本科高校新农科人才“UGRE”培养模式的构建与实践—以潍坊科技学院为例

高等教育应不断适应乡村振兴战略对新农科人才的迫切需求,实施乡村振兴战略关键靠人才,这为人才提供前所未有机遇的同时,也给高等教育提出了新的任务和挑战。潍坊科技学院坚持以应用型人才培养为根本办学宗旨,遵循学科发展规律和人才成长规律,积极创新、丰富、提升农业农村现代化“寿光模式”的新内涵,探索构建了“多学科交叉”“学研创融合”“科产教一体”“校地企联动”的应用型本科高校新农科人才“U-G-R-E”培养模式,切实解决应用型本科高校人才培养、学科建设、社会服务、科学研究等方面存在的诸多不适应问题,逐渐摸索与实践出一条应用型本科高校新农科人才教育特色发展之路。

Construction and Practice of "UGRE" Cultivation Mode for New Agricultural Talents in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities-Take Weifang University of Science and Technology as an Example

Higher education should constantly adapt to the urgent needs of the rural revitalization strategy for new agricultural talents. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy depends on talents, which provides unprecedented opportunities for talents, but also puts forward new tasks and challenges for higher education. Weifang University of Science and Technology adheres to the fundamental purpose of the cultivation of application-oriented talents, follows the law of discipline development and talent growth, actively innovates, enriches and improves the new connotation of the "Shouguang Model" of agricultural and rural modernization, and explores and constructs the "U-G-R-E" cultivation mode of new agricultural talents in application-oriented undergraduate universities with "multidisciplinary intersection", "integration of learning, research and innovation", "integration of science, industry and education" and "linkage between universities, enterprises and region". Effectively solve many maladaptive problems in the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate talents, discipline construction, social services, scientific research and other aspects, and gradually explore and practice a characteristic development path of new agricultural talents education in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
