摘    要:提高陆地棉纤维品质是棉花育种的目标之一,筛选性状优良、遗传稳定且对乙烯利不敏感的基因型材料,可为育种提供方向,并提高育种效率。[方法]本研究采用两因素随机区组设计,对陆地棉242个优异纤维品质品系进行乙烯利喷施与否的试验,获得所选陆地棉材料的5个纤维品质性状试验数据,包括纤维长度(mm)、整齐度(%)、马克隆值、比强度(cN/tex)、伸长率(%),对这些性状进行方差分析,估算这些材料的基因型效应值,并对每个材料纤维品质性状的乙烯利喷施与否的效应进行分析。结果表明,棉纤维的这五个品质性状都具有极显著的基因型效应,且在表型方差的占比中遗传方差的比例大于误差方差,表明这五个品质性状受遗传因素的作用较大;同时基因型与处理互作达到极显著水平,表明在乙烯利喷施与否的两个不同处理下,这些材料的五个品质性状对乙烯利的敏感性不同。这一研究结果为育种工作提供了更有利的条件。

Effect of ethrel ripening on fiber quality of high quality upland cotton
Abstract:[ Objective ] Improving the fiber quality of upland cotton is one of the goals of cotton breeding. Screening genotype materials with excellent traits, genetic stability and insensitive to ethephon can provide direction for breeding and improve breeding efficiency. [ Method ] In this study, a two-factor randomized block design was used to test 242 superior fiber quality strains of upland cotton with or without ethephon spraying. Five fiber quality traits of the selected upland cotton materials were obtained, including fiber length ( mm ), uniformity ( % ), micronaire value, specific strength ( cN / tex ), elongation ( % ). Variance analysis was performed on these traits to estimate the genotype effect value of these materials, and the effect of ethephon spraying on fiber quality traits of each material was analyzed. [ Result ] The results showed that these five quality traits of cotton fiber had extremely significant genotypic effects, and the proportion of genetic variance in phenotypic variance was greater than that of error variance, indicating that these five quality traits were greatly affected by genetic factors. At the same time, the interaction between genotype and treatment reached a very significant level, indicating that the sensitivity of the five quality traits of these materials to ethephon was different under the two different treatments of ethephon spraying or not. [ Conclusion ] The results of this study provided more favorable conditions for breeding work.
