摘    要:利用全雌性单性结实黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)的8个自交纯系,采用Griffing第II方案配制杂交组合,对其6个农艺性状进行相关和通径分析,相关分析表明,产量和单果重,瓜条数之间呈极显著正相关,和叶面积,株高间呈显著正相关,和茎节数不相关,通径分析表明:单果重和瓜条数对产量的直接作用较大,直接通径系数分别为0.699和0.587,株高和叶面积通过单果重对产量有间接作用,间接通径系数为0.371和0.426。

Abstract:With eight selected inbred lines of gynoecious Parthenocarpic Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) taken as experimental materials, the genetic correlation and path analysis of six agronomic characters of gynoecious parthenocarpic cucumber were studied by the second method of Griffing's complete dialles cross. The results of genetic correlation analysis revealed that the yield showed positive genetic correlation with single fruit weight, number of fruits per plant, leaf area and plant height. No significant genetic correlation was found between yield and number of stems per plant. The result on path analysis showed that the yield was affected mostly by two characters, the single fruit weight and number of fruits per plant,and was indirectly affected by plant height and leaf area.
