基于KANO模型与TRIZ理论的儿童家具轻设计研究

摘    要:为快速有效地实现儿童家具轻设计,综合应用KANO模型与TRIZ理论,研究儿童家具轻设计创新设计方法。以儿童桌为设计对象,首先进行KANO问卷分析,得到提升用户满意度的关键需求。然后运用组件分析、功能模型等方法识别现有儿童桌的不足,运用功能裁剪进行分析和改进,得到儿童桌功能模型。最后结合需求,利用TRIZ理论提供的39系数的阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵表和40条发明原理,通过对比、推敲,得出最终优化设计方案,为儿童家具轻设计提供了解决思路。

Abstract:In order to realize the light furniture design for children quickly and effectively,KANO model and TRIZ theory were applied comprehensively to study the innovative design method of light furniture for children.Taking children's table as the design object,KANO questionnaire analysis was carried out first to obtain the key needs to improve user satisfaction.Then,the component analysis,functional model and other methods were used to identify the deficiencies of the existing children's desk,and the function tailoring was used for analysis and improvement to obtain the functional model of children's desk.Finally,by combining the demand and using the Archi-Schuler contradiction matrix table with the 39 coefficient provided by TRIZ theory and 40 principles of invention,through comparison and deliberation,the final optimal design scheme was obtained,which provides a solution for the light design of children's furniture.
