摘    要:挤出成型是木塑复合材料(木塑)成型工艺中应用最广泛的技术之一,通过分析,明确了挤出成型技术在木塑家具制造中的应用优势;阐述了挤出成型技术对木塑家具性能的影响及其在木塑家具制造中存在的局限性。结合案例,对基于挤出成型技术的木塑复合材料在家具中的应用现状进行梳理,提出了挤出成型木塑家具设计新思路,并进行设计分析和实证研究。结果表明:通过对木塑家具造型和结构进行设计,可充分发挥挤出成型技术优势,并克服其局限性。该研究对木塑家具的设计和制造具有参考意义。

Abstract:Extrusion molding is one of the most widely used technologies in wood plastic composite(WPC) molding process. By analyzing, the advantages of extruding molding in the field of furniture manufacturing were clarified. The influence of extrusion molding technology on the performance of wood-plastic furniture and its limitations in wood-plastic furniture manufacturing were discussed. Combined with the case, the application status of WPC based on extrusion technology in furniture was reviewed, and the innovative design of WPC furniture was put forward, and the design analysis and empirical research were carried out. The results showed that the design of the modeling and structure of wood-plastic furniture is beneficial to make full use of the advantages of extrusion molding technology and overcome its limitations. It can provide reference for the design and manufacture of wood-plastic furniture.
