摘    要:为探索云南松用于正交胶合木(CLT)制造的技术可行性,以剪切强度、木破率和剥离率研究了不同胶黏剂、施胶量和压力对云南松CLT胶合性能的影响。结果表明:云南松的物理力学性能和胶合性能达到北美ANSI/APA PRG 320-2019标准要求,云南松可用于CLT制造。不同胶黏剂、施胶量和压力对云南松CLT胶合性能影响显著(P<0.05)。随着施胶量增加,云南松CLT胶层剪切性能提高;随着压力增加,云南松CLT胶层剪切性能降低。从胶合性能和生产成本综合考虑,制造云南松CLT的较优工艺为:采用国产EPI(水性高分子异氰酸酯)胶黏剂,施胶量为220 g/m2,压力为0.8 MPa。

Abstract:In order to explore the technical feasibility of Pinus yunnanensis for Cross-laminated Timber(CLT)production,the effects of different adhesives,adhesive spread rate and pressure on the bonding properties of Pinus yunnanensis CLT were studied,and the bonding properties of Pinus yunnanensis CLT were evaluated by the shear strength,the percentage of wood failure and the rate of delamination of the bonding line.The results showed that the basic physical properties,mechanical properties and bonding properties of Pinus yunnanensis met the requirements of North American ANSI/APA PRG 320-2019 standard,and Pinus yunnanensis could be used for the manufacture of CLT.Different adhesives,adhesive spread rate and pressure had a significant effect on the bonding properties of of Pinus yunnanensis CLT(P<0.05).With the increase of adhesive spread rate,the shearing properties of Pinus yunnanensis CLT were improved;and as the pressure increased,the shearing properties of Pinus yunnanensis CLT decreased.From the comprehensive consideration of the bonding properties and production cost,the preferred processing parameters of Pinus yunnanensis CLT was domestic EPI adhesive,220 g/m2 adhesive spread rate,and 0.8 MPa pressure.
