摘    要:随着我国造林行业的不断发展,产业体系内部所用机械齿轮的成型工艺技术也获得了不断改进。当前广泛采用的齿轮成型工艺有切削法和塑性成型法。传统的切削方法精度高,但是对原材料的损耗极大,制作流程繁琐并且生产成本较高。而新型的塑性成型法工艺,加工的齿轮强度高并且提高了材料利用率,因此被广泛应用于造林机械齿轮成型生产。以造林机械中的大型齿轮为研究对象,探究科学高效的齿轮成型工艺,并且对齿轮数字化建模进行初步探究。

Abstract:With the continuous development of afforestation industry in China,the forming technology of mechanical gear used in the industrial system has also been improved.The current widely used gear shaping process are cutting method and plastic forming method.The traditional cutting method has the advantage of high precision,but the loss of raw materials is great,the production process is complicated and the production cost is high.And the new plastic forming process,processing gear strength is high and improves the use of materials,so it is widely used in the production of afforestation machinery gear forming.Taking the large gear in afforestation machinery as the object of study,the scientific and efficient gear forming technology was explored,and the digital modeling of gear was preliminarily explored.
