西南桦树皮精油提取工艺优化

摘    要:基于水蒸气蒸馏法,考虑粉碎程度、提取时间、料液比进行单因素试验及正交试验,优化西南桦树皮精油提取工艺。结果表明:3个因素对精油得率均有显著影响,以粉碎程度影响最大;西南桦树皮精油提取适宜组合工艺条件为:粉碎程度80目、提取时间180 min、料液比1:5,在此条件下西南桦树皮精油得率为0.074%。研究结果为西南桦综合开发利用提供技术支撑。

Abstract:Single-factor and orthogonal experiments of hydrodistillation were conducted in succession so as to optimize techniques for essential oil extraction from Betula alnoides barks taking particle size after smashing,extracting time and ratio of solid to liquid into consideration.The results showed that yield of essential oil from Betula alnoides barks was affected significantly by these three factors,especially by particle size.The optimized technical condition was determined as particle size of 80 meshes,extraction of 180 min and solid to liquid ratio of 1:5,and the oil yield was 0.074%under these conditions.The findings will provide technical support for comprehensive development and utilization of Betula alnoides.
