| 摘 要： | 为解决手工腻子修补胶合板侧面效率低、质量差的问题,设计了一种胶合板侧面腻子修补机。该设备主要由腻子挤出系统、双摆动刮腻子系统和表板腻子搁挡系统组成,适用于胶合板传送过程中双侧面孔隙的自动化修补。应用结果表明:板侧面孔隙填充饱满、无遗漏、无缩孔,腻子厚度均匀,最大厚度为0.2 mm,表板边缘无腻子残留,能够满足胶合板生产企业需求,具有较好的推广价值与应用前景。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the low efficiency and poor quality of manual putty repair for plywood side,a kind of putty repair machine for plywood side was designed in this study.The machine was mainly composed of putty extrusion system,double swinging putty blow system,and outer ply putty blocking system.It can be applied to the hole repairing for double sides of plywood during its automatic moving.The application results showed that the holes were exhaustively filled up without any shrinkage cavities.The thickness of putty was uniform with the maximum thickness of 0.02 mm,and there was no putty on the edge of outer ply.The machine could meet the needs of the plywood production industries,which exhibited good promoted value and application prospect. |
