摘    要:采用异氰酸脂胶(MDI)制备中密度纤维板,探讨在施胶量不变情况下固化剂、防水剂施加量及热压因子对无醛纤维板性能的影响。结果表明:当MDI施胶量为25 kg/m3,固化剂施加量1.3 kg/m3,防水剂施加量4 kg/m3,热压因子15 s/mm时,所制无醛纤维板物理性能均优于GB/T 11718—2009《中密度纤维板》中干燥状态下使用的家具型中密度纤维板(MDF-FN REG)性能要求。

Abstract:Medium-density fiber(MDF)boards were prepared using an environmentally friendly isocyanate(MDI)resin in this study.The addition volume of MDI resin,waterproof agent,hardener,and the hot-pressing parameters of the MDF boards were studied.The experimental results showed that the physical and mechanical performance of the MDF panels meets the requirements of the furniture type MDF(MDF-FN REG)in GB/T 11718—2009 with the addition amount of 25 kg/m3 of MDI,1.3 kg/m3 of hardener,4 kg/m3 of waterproof agent in the panel and with a hot-pressing factor of 15 s/mm.
