| 摘 要： | 信息贫困在中国广大农村地区普遍存在且日益突出，严重制约了农业发展、农民增收和农村进步，必须加以关注和解决。农民信息购买力不足是造成农村信息贫困的一个重要原因。本研究利用ELES模型，对农民的信息购买力进行分析，探讨信息贫困在信息需求层面的原因，以期为解决中国农村信息贫困提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to solve rural information poverty and to promote rural economic development. In order to study the cause of information poverty from information demand, the information purchasing power of farmers was analyzed by ELES model. The results showed that there were 6.24% of rural households without it and 20% of rural households had limited. So, the lack of farmers' information purchasing power is one of reasons of rural information poverty and an effective way was to improve it. |
