不同浓度饲用纤维素复合酶对青稞酶解率的影响

摘    要:使用不同浓度的饲用纤维素复合酶在不同的时间处理青稞 ,研究其酶解率变化。研究表明 :青稞酶解率随着饲用纤维素复合酶的添加量增大 ,酶解率有不同程度的提高 ;青稞酶解率随着酶解时间的延长 ,酶解率有所提高 ;青稞酶解率在 48h处理组中 ,不同水平的饲用纤维素复合酶添加量差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )

Abstract:The naked barley was treated by the feed fiber enzyme complex with different conceutration in different time to stady the change of enzyme-degradation rate of naked harley.The results showed that the enzymy-degradation rate of naked barley improved with increasing concentration of the feed fiber enzyme complex and with prolonging time of enzyme-degradation.There was not the significant difference among the enzyme-dagradation rate of naked barley in the different concentration groups of feed fiber enzyme complex when the treatment time was 48h(P>0.05).
