花椒微波干燥数学模型的试验研究

摘    要:采用干燥试验在线测试系统,对花椒间歇式微波干燥的数学模型进行了试验和研究。试验结果表明:花椒微波连续干燥过程明显存在加速段和减速段,而等速段不太明显,且花椒初期温度升温很快;与传统热风干燥相比,微波干燥花椒的时间大大缩短。利用SAS软件对试验结果进行分析表明,花椒干燥特性曲线采用单项扩散模型拟合效果较合理。

Abstract:This article mainly uses the drying test online test system,the mathematical model has carried on the experiment and the research to the Chinese prickly ash intermittence type microwave drying.The experimental results showed that the pepper continuous microwave drying process of the apparent acceleration and deceleration,and constant velocity of less obvious.The initial temperature and pepper warming quickly.and the microwave drying time was much shorter than that of traditional hot-air drying,but the quality of the microwave dried ash was not as good as that of hot-air drying.In addition,Using SAS software analysis showed:the monomial proliferation model used to describe the folium microwave-drying of the ash is the best one.
